User experience and experience two words. UX is all about the user experience. The field deals with joy, fears, desires, expectations. About devices and services, users have requirements. They want an experience that is fast, efficient, emotionally responsive, intuitive. The flow must be natural and enrich the experience. Easier said than designed. With a lot of research, improvements, revisions of projects, the designer approaches a UX design.

Then of course Walt Disney he is considered one of the first UX designers. Since his worlds were all about the experience visitors could have. The key to his worlds of experience is immersion. It's always been about the experience.
Donald Norman comes from the cognitive sciences, he was concerned with the usefulness of objects and is considered the architect of the UX world.

I appreciate this exercise very much. Describing an ordinary, usual almost again inconspicuous object of everyday use, once consciously. And that according to emotions, feelings, requirements, moments of use, the relationship, the context to the person to the environment. The self-evident perception of an object by seeing once fade out and treat as if it were something new.
